Useful Information and policies
Treatments are for ladies only unless referred by an existing client.
Please try to arrive for your appointment on time rather than early. This ensures clients arent disturbed during treatments.
We understand that "life happens" and things may crop up. However if it is necassary to cancel your appointment please ensure 48 hours notice is given. If not we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment value (unless of course, we can fill the space!) This also applies to gift vouchers. Thank you for your understanding.
